Samsung Daily


Swiping left-to-right on the home screen reveals Samsung Daily, a card-based UI showcasing news and selected content from external websites and app-based services.

By redesigning Spotify’s presence to focus on discovery and consumption, you can now browse, search and listen to Spotify content directly from the cards.

Keyboard


By integrating Spotify directly into Samsung’s keyboard, you can seamlessly search and share your favourite music and podcasts with family and friends.

Perfect for birthdays, special occasions or even those more spontaneous interactions, the system-wide feature is present in virtually every context, helping the company drive acquisition and retention.

With Spotify pre-loaded on over 400 million devices, we delivered bespoke integrations and unique experiences to an unprecedented global audience.

Alarm Clock


With our integration with Samsung’s pre-loaded alarm clock app, you can now wake up and fall asleep to the Spotify audio you love.

The feature has an extensive choice of preset and personalised content available for free and premium customers.

Bixby Routines


Bixby Routines is an OS-level feature that lets you automate actions around your lifestyle.

Following an if-this-then-that model, you can choose what to listen to when you make dinner, hit the gym, commute to work, or otherwise go about your day, making sure you have the perfect soundtrack for every moment.

 

 

Strategic Design Vision

Working in collaboration with Samsung’s Insights & Innovations Team, we explored the future of a multi-device ecosystem through a series of creative workshops.

By identifying opportunities focusing on social listening and partner ubiquity, we designed and developed several creative concepts towards their strategic design vision.
